I seen a couple of reviews where they talked about the rubber fitting pretty loose so I was kind of worried. Mine was loose till I noticed that you kind of pull up over ridge and it then snaps into place and fits tight. I still use my Otterbox Defender for a 8300 BlackBerry and I must say I was surprised that the defender style cases has went on a diet. I can throw my Blackberry against a wall and know its protected... I don't think I will be doing it with this slimmed defender case.

The case fits and feels good. I don't know if its as strong as the older defender cases but I do know they don't look like a hockey puck anymore.

I don't like the clip, because it has a built in stand. This stand might be useful if this phone didn't already have a built in kickstand. It becomes a pain in the butt when it locks open while on your belt and its about ready to get glued shut.

However I will never buy a phone that I cant get a defender for

Great protection... easy to remove at night time for docking station charging. very funtional with the belt clip. I would recommend this product to any Photon user.

Over all, the case and screen protector seem solid after the first month of use. The belt clip, on the other hand, is somewhat less so. It broke after 2 weeks. But I'm still giving it 4 stars because their customer service was good and sent me a replacement, free of charge, after about 2 more weeks.
